This privacy policy sets out the basis which Found Pet Services (collectively called "Found" or "we") collects personal information from you in the course of your use of our mobile application and services (collectively our "app"). You accept, and consent to the practices set out below.

We may collect and receive your personal information in the following situations.

1) When you register an account with us via email or external third-party service or application.
2) When you report any problem to us via email.
3) When you use the features and functions available on our app.
4) When you require any support from us.

We do not collect personal data unless you voluntarily provide by you directly or by via third-party, who has given consent by you to disclose your personal information.

We may collect the following information listed below.

1) Personal information such as name, email, profile picture, location, mobile number.
2) Microchip number of your pet registered under Pet-Call and/or AVA.
3) Pet information includes, but not limited to, pet name, pet species and pet breed.

3) How we use your information

We use information collected from you for the following purposes.

1) To verify your identity.
2) To improve, provide, develop and maintain our app
3) To detect and monitor any frauds or other prohibited content.
4) To communicate with you about your queries and complaint
5) To update you on your pet and our app by email and/or through push notifications on your device. You can opt-out from these updates through the "Setting" page of your account.

4) Disclosure of your information

We will keep your personal information confidential, but we may share your information in the following ways.

1) When you post a Lost/Found poster, the information provided will be made available to the users of our app.
2) to third-party service providers, agents, and other organizations we have engaged to perform any function listed in clause 3.

5) Protection of your personal information

We maintain and safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. We have implemented encryption measures and privacy filters to secure your sensitive content such as microchip numbers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your information.

6) The accuracy of personal information

We rely on personal data provided by you to be accurate, not misleading, complete and up-to-date. You may update/edit your information as and when it becomes inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or out-of-date.

7) Withdrawal of consent

If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use or disclosure of your Personal Information for purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You may not have access to our app, and we may not be able to provide you with our services.

Every day one or more pet is lost. More often than not, finding a lost pet causes more unnecessary trouble to the finder.
Found aims to reduce the amount of time spent on locating the pet's rightful owner as well as providing other pet services.
